Refund Policy

Effective as of June 8, 2026

All services provided by New Creation Health are non-refundable. Due to the nature of telemedicine services, including time reserved for consultations, clinical evaluation, and care coordination, payment is required at the time of booking and is not eligible for refund once services have been scheduled or rendered. By proceeding with services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
